Our Commitment We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Physical Products — Return Window We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return: Contact us at frombreakagetoblessed@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Non-Returnable Physical Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hair extensions, bundles, and wigs (for hygiene reasons, once opened)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Digital Products — No Refunds All digital products (downloadable guides and resources) are non-refundable once purchased and accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before buying. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at frombreakagetoblessed@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
